The announcement text: We are looking for experienced contracts administrators as soon as possible to work for our client, a reputable home and furniture manafacturers*retailers based in the Kensington area. The role will be based in the contracts support office and you will report into the department manager, the main aim being to maximise sales and provide excellent customer service. Main duties will involve maintaining a smooth ordering process, ensuring that all new starters receive training on the order system (SAP), ensuring an efficient after sales service and continued client loyalty and monitor inventory issues as they occur. You will also be heavily involved in the accounts side, mainly ensuring a smooth and clear accounting process, invoicing and monitoring the 30 day account clients, chase any client arrears, carry out credit checks and field incoming calls and refer to a relevant consultant. To be considered for this role you will need good GCSE grades, a good working knowledge of Word and Excel, the ability to communicate at all levels, strong analytical skills, good time management and excellent problem solving skills.
